Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong external SEC reporting experience and a solid foundation in financial reporting and accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the month, quarter, and year-end close process.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules, including reconciliations and roll forwards.
  • Manage share-based equity awards and gather financial data for external reporting.
  • Support external and internal auditors with quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • Prepare consolidated reporting and analysis for senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of public or private accounting experience in a large organization with SEC/external reporting experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and proficiency in Excel.
