We are on the lookout for an experienced Chief Operations Executive to guide our organization through its forthcoming growth trajectory, presenting a challenging yet fulfilling role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO in formulating strategic initiatives
  • Participate in diverse business operations including physical retail, online commerce, and growth ventures
  • Implement the business strategy, achieving or exceeding financial targets

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Chief Operations Executive
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous
  • Familiarity with EOS or a comparable operational framework is preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and strategic planning
  • Experience in designing incentive-based compensation structures
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on achieving goals
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Work Schedule:

Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility required beyond regular hours.
