Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new clinics and providers, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality training for scribe trainees.
  • Develop and maintain Clinic Manuals, ensuring they are comprehensive and up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to physicians, PAs, and clinic leaders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Operations and Area Supervisors to ensure successful implementation and training.
  • Monitor trainees' progress, providing regular updates and feedback to the Director of Operations and Area Supervisors.
  • Participate in meetings, providing valuable feedback and insights to support the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
  • Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with various software systems.
  • Self-directed, energetic, motivated, driven, and humble individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Effective team leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
