Customer Service and Business Development Representative

We're seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team at Swift Transportation. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in providing customer account services to high exposure or major accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with internal departments to achieve territorial balance of capacity and freight while delivering high service levels. You will also be responsible for leading and soliciting business from customers using daily available capacity, serving as an extension of Sales to expand business revenue, managing territorial balance of capacity and freight, and maintaining knowledge of customer contractual requirements. To excel in this role, you'll need 2 years' experience in Customer Service or Sales, previous experience in transportation, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, and strong prioritization and teamwork skills.
