irrigation equipment, fertilizers, nursery products, hardscapes, landscape lighting, drainage solutions, tools, and various landscaping accessories.

Position Overview

Our Customer Sales & Service Representatives are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Success in this role requires a passion for customer service and a commitment to assisting both commercial and residential clients in the green industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all SiteOne clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Assist customers with inquiries and needs, whether in person, over the phone, or through online platforms
  • Prepare and organize inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance sales with existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and practices that positively influence business outcomes
  • Support merchandising efforts, manage inventory, and assist with other store responsibilities while ensuring a safe work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or wholesale environment preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of the green industry or familiarity with landscape, nursery, or irrigation products is advantageous
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Experience in inventory management is beneficial
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
