POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Sales Associate for our salon. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to all guests, promote membership options that offer significant savings, and nurture a positive workplace atmosphere. A strong emphasis will be placed on driving membership and retail sales, as well as scheduling appointments. If you possess a strong passion for sales and outstanding customer service, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Boost membership and retail sales
  • Welcome guests and ensure a superior customer experience
  • Schedule appointments both in-person and via phone
  • Assist with operational tasks, including inventory management
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting salon environment
  • Work schedule: 7:15 am - 2:15 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or retail sales
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
