Job Overview

Gilson Property Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Guest Services Coordinator to oversee our Rocky Mountain portfolio's guest services and property management. This is an on-site position based in Breckenridge, CO.

The ideal candidate will ensure our properties are ready for guests and that their stay is seamless and enjoyable, coordinating daily operations and inspections from our Breckenridge office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Preparation: Organize and prepare all necessary items for guest stays, ensuring properties are fully stocked with essential supplies.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of rental units before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and readiness.
  • Vendor Communication: Coordinate with cleaning crews, maintenance personnel, and other vendors to deliver timely and effective service for the properties.
  • Guest Coordination: Respond to and manage requests, inquiries, and unique accommodations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
  • Day-to-day Operations: Oversee daily tasks related to property management, including critical exchanges, coordinating last-minute services, and ensuring smooth turnovers between guests.

Requirements:

  • On-Site Presence: Must be able to work from our Breckenridge office during shifts, with travel to local properties as needed.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally with guests, team members, and vendors.
  • Systems & Tools: Experience with tools like Breezeway, Microsoft Office, and property management software for managing calendars and hospitality operations.
  • Attention to Detail & Organization: Able to oversee multiple properties and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills: Thinking quickly and resolving issues proactively to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Property Management Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with managing property turnovers, inspections, and guest relations in a hospitality or property management setting.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation must be available for travel between properties in the Rocky Mountain area. (Fuel & Mileage Reimbursements Available)
