Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and implement regular, preventative, and project cleaning tasks across all facility areas.
  • Collaborate with cleaning personnel to ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and the completion of all assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Establish and enforce cleaning protocols and standards to guarantee compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct frequent inspections of the premises to evaluate cleanliness and identify areas needing improvement, taking corrective measures as necessary.
  • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and placing orders as required.
  • Address member and guest inquiries promptly, delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments, such as maintenance and management, to resolve cleaning-related issues and ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with special cleaning initiatives and projects, including deep cleaning and event preparation.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in cleaning or janitorial services, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning methods, products, and equipment, with a commitment to high cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and motivating a team while providing exceptional service.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with effective task prioritization and time management skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, with adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning and sanitation is preferred.
  • CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to oversee cleaning operations.
