Facilities Maintenance Associate

This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and safety in our luxurious spa locker rooms.
As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of excellence, adhering to Arch Amenities Group's Basics to Excellence (BTE), Mission Statement/Values; Standards and Expectations, and Brand Standards.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, and taking out the trash.
- Restocking all linens in locker rooms and guest areas.
- Removing dirty laundry and collecting dirty linens in locker room/wet areas and taking them to the housekeeping area or laundry pick-up.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all wet areas, bathrooms, and grooming areas throughout the day.
- Distributing and placing linens in locker room (as applicable).
- Escorting guests to changing areas in a courteous and timely manner.
- Explaining the set-up and workings of the locker rooms, bathroom, and shower to guests.
- Ensuring all areas are clean and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Ensuring all amenities are re-stocked throughout the day.
- Becoming knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities in order to effectively communicate with guests.
- Greeting each and every guest with a smile and direct eye contact.
- Informing facility management of any member, guest, or facility issues.
- Reporting any incidents or accidents to a member of the management team.
Qualifications for this role include:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to speak and understand the English language.
This is a part-time position working Monday through Friday (12:30-6:00 pm), with additional hours available through this role and our Front Desk Position. We encourage all applicants to apply.
Estimated Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
This position requires the ability to stand for long periods, basic cleaning knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The employee will be required to operate a variety of cleaning equipment and tools, including mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, dusters, scrub brushes, cleaning supplies, detergents, disinfectants, towels, guest supplies such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and linen carts.
