Position Summary:
As a Renovation Project Manager, you will be instrumental in supervising water and waste management systems within our community housing developments. Your role will involve fostering relationships with subcontractors, overseeing project budgets, and ensuring that all projects meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage capital expenditure projects to enhance resident satisfaction and attract new residents.
- Ensure timely project completion within budget constraints, which is vital for community success and company growth.
- Establish and uphold workmanship standards while supporting field teams.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and track progress effectively.
- Develop long-term project schedules and identify future infrastructure needs.
- Coordinate with financial institutions to secure project funding.
- Collaborate closely with field teams and community managers to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing infrastructure (water/waste utility systems).
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management for multi-family housing.
Working Conditions:
- Work will be divided with 25% remote from home or a property office and 75% in the field at various properties.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the United States, with travel expenses covered.
