In the role of Construction Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Rebuild and Construction teams to ensure that projects are executed smoothly, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, and follow up on payments for services provided. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate job schedules with clients and the construction team to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Review time sheets to verify that job-related expenses are accurate.
  • Engage in team meetings to share project updates and gain insights from fellow team members.
  • Utilize project management software to create job entries, ensuring crews have the necessary information.
  • Assist clients in understanding the insurance process and address any questions or concerns.
  • Ensure that all documentation is properly maintained in the job file.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project scope.
Typical Work Schedule:

The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 base, along with lucrative bonus potential for high performers.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction project coordination or related fieldwork.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in collections.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
  • Proficiency in office technology and a willingness to learn new software platforms.
  • Strong skills in task and priority management.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of fundamental financial concepts.
  • A sense of urgency combined with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn and operate primary software systems such as DASH, Xactimate, TSheets, and T&M Pro.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
