Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tailored Beauty Consultations: Comprehend clients' beauty aspirations and suggest products that enhance their appearance and confidence.
- Demonstrate Product Application: Exhibit your proficiency in makeup techniques and skincare regimens.
- Stay Updated with Beauty Trends: Be informed about the latest beauty innovations and products available at Sephora.
- Deliver Outstanding Client Service: Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.
- Engage in Sales and Promotional Events: Participate in dynamic sales initiatives and promotions.
- BOPIS and Client Service: Provide exceptional service when clients arrive to collect their orders.
- Maintain Store Environment: Assist in keeping a clean, well-stocked, and efficiently operating store.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Prior relevant work experience, ideally in retail.
- A genuine passion for client service and beauty.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Resilience and the capacity to respond to situations promptly.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
