Aesthetician – Benefit Boutique

We're Benefit Cosmetics, a leading luxury beauty brand, seeking a skilled Aesthetician to join our team. As a key member of our boutique, you'll provide exceptional customer service, deliver high-quality skincare and makeup services, and contribute to a fun and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to customers
  • Perform a range of services, including facials, waxing, and makeup applications
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting Benefit products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Valid state-issued aesthetician or cosmetology license
  • Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Additional Responsibilities for Key Holders:

  • Assume opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts
  • Manage cash handling and security procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with the Regional Boutique Proprietor to address issues and concerns
  • Participate in inventory control and maintenance, ensuring a well-stocked and organized boutique

Benefits and Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $ - $, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for a sales incentive bonus and/or commission, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and paid time off programs.
