Responsabilidades:

  • Proporcionar atención y asistencia diaria a nuestros clientes mayores en la comodidad de sus hogares.
  • Asistir a los clientes con actividades de la vida diaria, incluyendo el baño, el vestido, la preparación de comidas y recordatorios de medicamentos.

Requisitos:

  • Tener una certificación válida como Asistente de Enfermería (NA) o Asistente de Enfermería Certificado (CNA).
  • Se prefiere experiencia previa trabajando con personas mayores o en un entorno de atención médica.
  • Demostrar habilidades de comunicación efectivas y compasivas con los clientes y sus familias.
  • Poseer fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo colaborativo.
  • Capacidad física para realizar todas las tareas requeridas, incluyendo levantar y transferir a los clientes.

Compensación y Beneficios:

Ofrecemos una tarifa horaria competitiva que varía entre $20 y $22 por hora, según la experiencia.
