Job Description

This is a 5-6 month contract position with the possibility of conversion to a permanent employee based on performance and program need. The ideal candidate will have a background in call centers, excellent telephone etiquette, and the ability to navigate Windows-based screening systems effectively.

As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for executing high-volume telephonic traffic with hospitals and providers, managing documentation requests and scheduling of document exchange, and following up on outstanding document requests. With your strong organizational and time management skills, you will be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
