Position Overview:

Our Bartenders play a vital role in our team, essential for delivering authentic hospitality. They are enthusiastic, knowledgeable about beverages, and dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked at the start of each shift.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience required.
  • Experience in high-volume settings is advantageous.
  • Strong awareness of guest environment and needs.
  • Extensive knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine.
  • Proficient in craft beer and cocktail preparation.
  • Able to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
  • Willingness to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Good judgment and a flexible attitude.
  • Must possess all necessary food and alcohol certifications as required by location.

Supervisory Role:
Indirectly oversees barbacks (non-supervisory)

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Good hearing is necessary for effective communication with guests.
  • Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle and manipulate objects.
  • Must be able to work in noisy environments.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying required.
  • Must be able to work in both warm and cool settings, indoors and outdoors.
  • Must tolerate potential exposure to allergens.
  • Extended periods of standing and walking throughout the restaurant.
  • This is a fast-paced, hands-on position.
  • Dining areas are both indoor and outdoor, with low lighting maintained.
