About This Role

CAE USA INC is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager III to join our team. As a key member of our Defense and Security business unit, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our programs, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct all phases of program execution, from requirements analysis to successful product delivery.
  • Support program bid and proposal activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and growth strategies in coordination with business development.
  • Develop and implement plans and schedules to execute contracts/subcontracts, allocating and controlling budgets.
  • Establish and monitor adherence to program master plans and schedules, identifying problems and obtaining solutions.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address deviations from budgets and schedules.
  • Formally identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risk throughout the program life cycle.
  • Maintain program financial forecasts and report progress to financial objectives.
  • Serve as the primary interface with customers on all matters involving contract execution.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • CAM-Control Account Manager trained and certified.
  • PMI Certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of program management experience, preferably in aerospace/defense.
  • Successful track record in managing complex programs as a prime or subcontractor to domestic or foreign military organizations.
