Mammography Technologist II

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our team at Outpatient Imaging Culpeper. As a key member of our imaging center, you will be responsible for performing breast imaging procedures and related techniques, producing high-quality data for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
Responsibilities- Perform mammography procedures and related techniques, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
- Operate Mammography equipment and ancillary equipment, maintaining a high level of technical proficiency.
- Mentor and guide other Mammography technologists, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the Radiology Medical Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
- Associate's degree in Radiology or equivalent experience.
- Current certification in Radiography and Mammography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- State licensure and BLS certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
