Mammography Technologist II

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mammography Technologist to join our team at Outpatient Imaging Culpeper. As a key member of our imaging center, you will be responsible for performing breast imaging procedures and related techniques, producing high-quality images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
Responsibilities- Perform mammography procedures and related techniques, ensuring accurate and precise imaging results.
- Operate mammography equipment and ancillary devices, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Mentor and guide other technologists, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Associate's degree in Radiology or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Current certification in Radiography and Mammography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- State licensure and BLS certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
