Job Summary:

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / Food Court Manager (Retail Manager 3) to oversee multiple food venues, cafes, grills, and national branded concepts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in national branded food concepts or a background in large restaurant or other food concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for high-level supervisors who oversee each retail location.
  • Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop managers and frontline staff.
  • Oversee cash handling processes, POS programming, and maintenance.
  • Ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed.
  • Maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards.
  • Maintain all product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in national branded food concepts or a background in large restaurant or other food concepts.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems as well as menu graphics programs.
