Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound sales calls and provide product information to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone-based selling techniques
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear and professional manner
  • Ability to apply appropriate sales techniques and demonstrate sustained achievement of stated sales goals
  • Demonstrated computer and consumer electronics skills
  • Ability to use personal computer and appropriate software applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative
Preferred Qualifications
  • Call center sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual: Spanish required
