Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Integrated Real Estate Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for operating a full sales desk, interacting with potential and existing residential tenants, and maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls, answer leasing inquiries, and provide community information to prospective residents.
  • Show vacant apartments, explain pricing and lease terms, process rental applications, and negotiate lease renewals.
  • Complete and record all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, send thank you notes, and perform follow-up in a prompt fashion.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market conditions and trends, and complete and review market survey information.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, strong customer service, sales, and personal interaction skills.
  • Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration, and mathematics.
  • At least two years of successful sales experience in Multi Family required.
  • Lease up experience is required.
  • Experience with a leads management system (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred).
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Customer service background.
