Disaster Recovery Specialist

As a Disaster Recovery Specialist at BluSky Restoration, you will play a critical role in helping our clients recover from property loss situations. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to emergency calls, conducting site assessments, and developing effective restoration plans to minimize damage and disruption. You will also be responsible for leading teams of technicians in the execution of these plans, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Responding to emergency calls and conducting site assessments to determine the extent of damage.
- Developing effective restoration plans to minimize damage and disruption.
- Leading teams of technicians in the execution of these plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and client interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need 1 year of experience in the restoration industry or maintenance field. You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Occasional travel is expected for training or meetings.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive base pay between $18 - $28 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, paid holidays, disability insurance, equipment, and a matching 401(k) plan. Estimated annual salary is $60,000 - $90,000.
