Trauma Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team at Brain Injury Solutions. As a Trauma Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing specialized support to individuals affected by brain injuries.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of innovative therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment planning and develop personalized strategies for clients.
- Perform comprehensive intakes, including interviews and clinical assessments, to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to establish and achieve therapeutic goals, guiding them through individualized sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with established program protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling (LPC) with Virginia licensure (LCSW or LPC).
- Minimum of one year of direct experience in providing therapeutic counseling and behavioral interventions.
- Certification as a Qualified Brain Injury Specialist (QBIS) must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- A competitive annual salary of $68,000.
- Benefits package including 24 days of PTO accrued per year, 13 paid holidays, IRA, health insurance, HSA/FSA options, and more.
- Paid mileage.
This role operates in a professional office environment with routine use of standard office equipment. You will also have the opportunity to travel within the service area to meet with clients and community partners.
