PPT Solutions, Inc. is a leading provider of standardized Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) services in support of IT-centric cyber-focused programs for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead our OT&E efforts in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E) and Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) activities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute T&E strategies for major acquisition programs under DHS engagement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop OT&E strategies and draft applicable sections of the Temporary Program Directive (TEMP) per policy.
  • Assess operational requirements in the Operations Requirements Document and ensure traceability back to system requirements.
  • Evaluate Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Critical Operation Indicators (COIs), Measures of Resilience (MORs), and Measures of Performance (MOPs).
  • Collaborate with the cyber security team to assess plans, PENTEST results, Fortify scans, and MORs.
Requirements
  • Masters degree and 15 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree and 20 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 8 years' experience leading and/or managing operational T&E events.
  • Demonstrated skills within T&E, e.g., DoD or DHS T&E Level II training.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a government background investigation.
