Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator II to provide top-notch desktop engineering support, package and deploy Windows software, and collaborate with various teams to manage workstation security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 3 desktop engineering support to ensure seamless workstation operations
  • Package and deploy Windows workstation software in a secure and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and support Windows 10 workstations and software
  • Implement and manage workstation security strategy in collaboration with various teams
  • Support monthly and expedited patching of workstations, including application of STIGs and emergency security updates

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years relevant experience (2+ years with a MS/MIS Degree)
  • 2+ years of experience providing Tier II, III & IV support in a Windows-based environment
  • Experience with System Center Configuration Manager and end-user workstation environments
  • Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory Group policy for workstations
  • Experience with PIV and CAC authentication
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • 2+ years of experience with workstation systems management systems (e.g., SCCM, Symantec Endpoint Manager, Intune)
  • 5+ years of experience in an operations role

Preferred Skills:

  • Government contracting experience, particularly with the DOJ
  • Existing/current DOJ or DOD Clearance
  • ITSM knowledge and experience, especially with ServiceNow
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 operating system
