Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in the restoration industry
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market developments
- 3-5+ years of sales and/or business development experience in the restoration industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred
- IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged - Fire, Water, Mold
- Commercial/residential restoration construction experience
- Background in reconstruction/mitigation
- Highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel
- Book of business
- Able to generate $1,000,000 minimum annually
