About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Amazon Business team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the long-term vision and strategy for our business customer experience.

You will own and drive operational and delivery experience initiatives, working closely with partner teams across the company to align interests and implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives to improve the business customer experience
  • Lead high-impact projects, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management
  • Make trade-offs and balance business needs versus technical constraints
  • Break down complex projects into manageable pieces and deliver them in a successful and timely manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, or information systems
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, or information systems
  • Experience using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight
