Data Center Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Facility Manager to join our team at Amazon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our data centers, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
About the Role
This is a critical position that will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Data Center Facility Manager will be responsible for managing teams of engineers and technicians, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest quality standards and with minimal disruption to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in our data centers
- Manage teams of engineers and technicians to ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of data center operations are aligned with business objectives
- Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, with experience in electrical and mechanical systems. You will also need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in data centers, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong technical background, with experience in electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
