About the Role
Ambitious and experienced professionals are sought after to lead the operations of Amazon's data centers as a Data Center Facility Manager. This critical role is responsible for overseeing the overall availability and reliability of data center operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of data center operations, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Ensure high-quality work performance within the data center space, minimizing disruptions to internal/external customers
• Manage teams of engineering technicians in their career development, providing guidance and coaching as needed
• Engage in improvement projects, collaborating with support teams to drive initiatives from conception to completion
• Coordinate daily with third-party vendors to ensure adherence to contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Effectively manage operations budget and expenditures, optimizing resource allocation
• Respond to out-of-hours emergency calls, addressing urgent issues that may arise outside regular working hours
