Resident District Manager I

Eurest is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident District Manager I to lead our multi-unit dining account operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a large team of chefs and in-unit associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a diverse team of chefs and in-unit associates to deliver top-notch service to clients, students, and community members.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational and financial goals, including profitability, safety, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and account retention.
- Collaborate with district leadership to share best practices, mitigate risks, and champion diversity and inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years of management experience in food service or hospitality management.
- Proven track record of success in leading a business and team, with strong customer service and business acumen.
