We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Admin to join our team in Windsor, CT. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Customer Service Admin, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and directing all incoming phone inquiries and addressing customer service-related questions and issues.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and billing service centers.
  • Investigating and resolving misdirected payments.
  • Processing payoff requests and ensuring accuracy, including confirmation and documentation of accounts marked as paid in full.
  • Assisting with contract payments, insurance billing, and collections.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of all customer interactions and notes within our system.
  • Performing general office duties such as filing, scanning, and managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as ordering office supplies.
  • Filing UCC financing statements and reviewing insurance certificates for accuracy.
  • Processing straightforward equipment finance transactions.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

Performing related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An associate degree in Business Administration or relevant experience; experience in equipment leasing is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • A high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting with changing demands.
  • Exceptional customer service and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in mathematics; experience in a financial context is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and familiarity with other financial software is beneficial.
