As a Certified Medication Assistant at Avamere Health Services in Richmond Beach, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant course and exam, be a licensed Certified Medication Aide in this state, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. You should also be able to accurately measure, record, and report vital signs, and possess knowledge of common medical abbreviations, symbols, and terms for medication administration. Additionally, you should be able to create an atmosphere of warmth, patience, and enthusiasm, and foster a calm and cheerful environment for our residents.
