Job Overview

Central Supply Chain and Nursing Staff Coordination Role

This position is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of nursing staff, managing central supply inventory, and ensuring adequate unit coverage at Richmond Beach Rehab LLC.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and post monthly nursing schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee certifications and licenses.
  • Coordinate logistics for patient transportation using Paratransit Bus services.
  • Manage central supply inventory levels to meet facility requirements.
  • Restock supplies in nursing stations and communicate with vendors regarding open orders.

Qualifications and Benefits:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Salary range: $25-$30/hour based on location and experience.
