About the JobWe are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Richmond Beach Rehab LLC. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our rehabilitation team to provide high-quality care to our residents and patients.
The estimated salary range for this position is $39-$53 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide occupational therapy services to residents and patients according to established standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each resident or patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and goal-setting activities to inform treatment decisions and track progress.
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing with state and national regulatory agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
- CPR certification and first aid training.
