  • A strong sense of professionalism, arriving punctually with a positive demeanor and a drive to inspire participants
  • A collaborative spirit, demonstrating flexibility as a leader both within and outside the studio environment

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in successfully leading group fitness classes
  • Possession of a current nationally recognized group exercise certification (e.g., AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) as applicable
  • Instructors teaching licensed or branded formats (e.g., Zumba, Yoga) must hold the necessary training and licenses for those specific formats
  • Current CPR/AED certification is required (First Aid certification is highly preferred)

Compensation Information:

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the compensation for this role ranges from $15.00/unit to $55.00/unit. Compensation is influenced by factors such as location, specialty, certifications, work experience, and other business considerations. Exos provides a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees (subject to eligibility criteria), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers various part-time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
