Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavior Specialist to join our team in a school-based setting.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and experience working with students in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior support and interventions to students in a school-based setting
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement behavior plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and support to school staff on behavior analysis and intervention techniques

Requirements:

  • Licensed RBT in state
  • Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required for enthusiastic and motivated candidates
