Intake Coordinator

Arbour Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Intake Coordinator to join our team. As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective processing of patient admissions.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient admissions and ensure timely verification of insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Schedule PHP assessments via MS4 and Outlook Calendars.
- Update the bed board and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with other admissions department staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications:- High School Diploma Required.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a human service, social service, psychiatric, or mental health setting, performing administrative duties, telephonic triage and inquiries, and customer service.
