  • Program Development: Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of teen parents, promoting their academic success and personal growth.
  • Case Management: Provide individualized support and guidance to teen parents, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local schools, community agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and maximum impact.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze program data to inform decision-making, evaluate effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate program details, progress, and outcomes to various audiences, including parents, educators, and policymakers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or a related field required; Associate's degree with relevant experience also considered.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience working with at-risk youth, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Current Act 34, Act 151, and Act 114 clearances; Mandated Reporter Training certificate.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
