Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients by applying the nursing process in an organized and systematic manner.
- Assess patient condition, interpret clinical data, and develop individualized plans of care.
- Administer medications correctly and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition of care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in nursing care.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- New Jersey State Nursing License required; BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role; 5+ years preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
