Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandising Manager to join our team at Burlington Stores. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the selling floor, recovery, fitting rooms, and other areas of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the receiving team to expedite merchandise flow.
  • Coordinate sales promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing of store merchandise.
  • Oversee floor moves, preparation of merchandise displays, and presentations consistent with merchandising concepts and guidelines.
  • Support the Store Manager in resolving merchandising issues and obtaining guidance for best practices.
  • Ensure merchandise is sized in compliance with standards, signage is updated, and ticketing is accurate.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Retail Management experience in Off Price, Big Box, Specialty, or medium to large-sized, multi-unit retail organizations.
  • Experience in fashion apparel merchandising and ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, nights, weekends, holidays, and required travel.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. and comfortable utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.
