Procurement Coordinator

Lonestar Electrical Supply is seeking a highly organized Procurement Coordinator to manage the procurement process for Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and other contractual documents. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, protecting the company's interests and reputation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. They will work closely with sales, legal, and project management teams to ensure contracts support business goals while mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement process for MSAs and other contractual documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure contracts meet business objectives.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures for all contractual documents, tracking versions, archiving, and safeguarding sensitive information.
- Assist in developing and implementing contract management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and risk management.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors regarding contractual inquiries and issues.
- Conduct research on legal and regulatory requirements affecting contracts in the electrical supply industry to protect the company from liabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract review and negotiation, preferably in the electrical supply or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law and compliance issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in document control processes.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan and Match, Paid Time Off, and Specified Paid Holidays.
