Job Summary:

Amerapex Corporation seeks a detail-oriented and dynamic supply chain professional to join our team in Houston, TX. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting procurement and logistics efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare quotes to achieve cost and lead times for specified products and services.
  • Procure goods and services
  • Draft comprehensive purchase orders for required parts and services.
  • Expedite and follow up with vendors to ensure delivery of ordered products and services.
  • Collaborate with shipping to ensure timely delivery completion.
  • Assist with shipment inspections as needed.
  • Organize information needed for proposals and draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive proposals.
  • Coordinate with assigned managers and track documentation, shipments, and payments.
  • Support procurement and vendor onboarding.
  • Prepare vendor/supplier scorecard data and business review presentations.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.


Qualifications:
  • Certificate or associate's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills.
  • Excellent business software skills.
  • Strong prioritization, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
