We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Client Manager to join our team at Nielsen Consumer LLC. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive business outcomes and maximize client value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage NielsenIQ solutions and deliver advanced analytics and insights to clients.
  • Lead client presentations and workshops to drive strategic thought leadership and business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for increased partnership and elevate those opportunities to organizational partners.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of industry experience in CPG, consulting, information, technology, and analytics.
  • College/University Undergraduate or Master's degree.
  • Experience utilizing multiple and complex data sets problem-solving and proven project management skills.
  • Collaborating with teams and working in a matrixed environment.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office.
