About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Client Manager to join our team at Nielsen Consumer LLC. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement client-centric solutions that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions and advice.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a business development or account management capacity.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
