Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our innovative team at New Holland Rossville, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in various capacities, ensuring that our marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and email campaigns.
  • Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and provide insights on customer preferences and trends.
  • Help organize and execute promotional events and trade shows, ensuring all materials and logistics are in place.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website, including updates and SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (internships or previous positions) in a marketing or administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic design software is preferred.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
