Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and developing managers and team members.
  • Direct the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or above in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
