Job Title: Content Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Development Manager to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a key member of our Corporate Communications content team, you will play a crucial role in developing targeted communication approaches to support department objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write content targeting nursing and other clinical staff via department-owned channels
  • Collaborate with operations administrative personnel to provide content development that supports nursing and other clinical operations
  • Work closely with the UK HealthCare Recruitment team on strategic recruitment initiatives
  • Manage multiple tasks and/or publication projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast-paced, high-intensity, professional work environment
Requirements:
  • Excellent research skills to evaluate health care or organizational issues, themes, current events, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and/or publication projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast-paced, high-intensity, professional work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Social media experience
  • Excellent attention to quality, accuracy and detail
  • Experience with speechwriting and AP style
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skill
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve routine problems and manage resources
  • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment
  • Respect for confidentiality and diversity
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prefer a bachelor's degree or equivalent in journalism, English, communications or related area, plus 3-5 years of experience
