Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Content Designer to join our UX Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting copy that enhances our users' experience and understanding of our platforms. You will work closely with designers, developers, researchers, product managers, and other writers to create engaging and effective content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content design strategies that align with our UX principles and best practices.
  • Write high-quality, concise copy for our platform, transactional emails, feature onboarding, and other touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of language across our platform.
  • Collaborate with the UX Team to improve the writing of designers, researchers, and writers.
  • Participate in strategic planning and OKR creation alongside domain leadership.
  • Lead copy testing, content audits, competitive analysis, and other initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Content Designer or UX Writer.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams with designers and/or other writers.
  • Experience as the lead writer of a team.
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to simply explain complex features and ideas.
  • Comfortable providing and receiving feedback in a group setting.
  • Ability to clearly articulate copy decisions and prioritize work.
