{"Job Title": "Content Development Manager", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly skilled Content Development Manager to join our Corporate Communications content team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and writing content targeting nursing and other clinical staff via department-owned channels. Your expertise will help us create a sense of community, pride, and recognition among employees using targeted communication approaches.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with operations administrative personnel to provide content development that supports nursing and other clinical operations, such as communications support for Magnet redesignation, communications from the Chief Nurse Executive, Career Center promotions, and employee recognition. You will also work closely with the UK HealthCare Recruitment team on strategic recruitment initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent research skills to evaluate health care or organizational issues, themes, current events, etc., as well as fact checking and review. You will also need to manage multiple tasks and/or publication projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast-paced, high-intensity, professional work environment.

We are looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable, creative, and innovative. The ability to navigate a complex organizational environment and articulate/improve communications are highly desired.

**Key Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in journalism, English, communications, or related area
* 3-5 years of experience in content development, writing, or a related field
* Excellent research skills and attention to detail

* Experience with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
